Congratulations! We know that this stage of wedding planning tends to be the most stressful…so many options, what feels like so little time. We make our inquiry process simple and easy. Head to our “contact us” page and fill out our inquiry form. All you need is your basic information, wedding date, and wedding venue. From there we will check our availability and let you know if we have your date open!

The nitty gritty. Once we know that we are available for your date you will receive our online wedding questionnaire. The questionnaire is filled with questions all about you and your wedding day! We get as much information as possible (it’s okay if you don’t know everything right now!) We ask for things like your bridesmaid dress colors, your wedding website, what areas of your wedding are the most important etc. to get a better full picture of your floral vision.

It’s our turn. After your wedding questionnaire is filled out, it’s our turn to get busy! We create a detailed design document filled with inspiration for your wedding day. Our design boards are filled with inspiration photos, photoshop mockups, detailed descriptions, and quoted pricing. Our goal is to get a design board to you within 7-10 days of submitting.

Feedback please! We know most brides are super visual when it comes to wedding planning. We see you with your powerpoints and new found photoshopping skills. After reviewing our initial design board- we expect some adjustments! Seeing our inspiration all together on paper can bring your vision to life-and we expect changes due to aesthetics and sometimes budgeting. We get to work adjusting as needed once we hear any feedback!

Another thing off your checklist. Whew, one more thing off of your never ending wedding planning checklist. Once we get your design proposal to a happy place, it’s time for booking! Dates are not held until booking contact and payment are received. Booking requires a 50% retainer. We use a client management system with convenient online contacts, online payments (with no cc. fees!), and easy communication.

another thought…Planning a wedding feels like a rollercoaster, things are always coming up, changing , and adjusting. We expect changes throughout the planning process. Whether you’ve thought of a fun new idea, or have changes in table layouts we are ready to adjust your quote as needed during the planning period.

Dotting our Is and Crossing our Ts It’s time to get to business. We reach out to you (or your wedding planner!) and get final adjustments as needed. Many times this is changes in guest count/layouts. All adjustments and final payments are due 21 days before wedding day in order for us to prepare our wholesale flower orders and create our staffing schedules.

Your only job is to relax. This is when we really get started! We are in constant communication with your wedding planner, getting all of the details, timelines, and logistics sorted out. We are busy ordering your flowers and supplies, processing florals, and designing! While you are getting your wedding week spa treatments-your flowers are getting the same. Leave it to us!

Congratulations! (Again!)After months (if not years!) of planning we are ready to tackle wedding day. We first arrive at the designated drop offs for your bouquets and personal flowers. Then we head to your venue(s) for setup! We spend the day perfecting your floral vision and designing our hearts out. After setup, we often return after ceremony to repurpose any items that we have discussed. Once the night is over, our team returns to breakdown our event items and complete the day!
